## Installation

This is a CmdForge tool. Install it from the CmdForge registry:

```bash
cmdforge install reply-email
```

## Usage

Pipe an email into the tool to generate a draft reply:

```bash
# Basic usage with default professional and friendly tone
echo "Hi, I wanted to follow up on the project timeline..." | reply-email
# Custom casual tone
cat email.txt | reply-email --tone "casual and warm"
# Formal business tone
echo "Dear Mr. Smith, Regarding your inquiry..." | reply-email --tone "formal and concise"
# Brief and direct tone
pbpaste | reply-email --tone "brief and to the point"
```

## Arguments

| Flag | Default | Description |
|------|---------|-------------|
| `--tone` | `professional and friendly` | Sets the writing style for the reply (e.g., casual, formal, concise, warm) |

## How It Works

1. **AI Generation**: The tool sends the input email and tone preference to the `opencode-deepseek` AI provider, which analyzes the content and generates an appropriate draft reply
2. **Output**: Returns the drafted email response ready to review and send
